Privacy policy

Last updated: May 2026

This policy explains what data Atricore Inc. collects when you visit soctalk.ai or use SocTalk Cloud, how that data is used, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

The data controller is Atricore Inc. (atricore.com). For privacy enquiries, email privacy@atricore.com.

What we collect

Information you provide. When you create a SocTalk Cloud account, book a call, or email us, we collect the information you submit (name, work email, company, role, the substance of the message). When you become a paying customer we collect billing details processed by our payment provider.

Usage data. When you use SocTalk Cloud, we collect operational telemetry about how the platform is performing: feature usage, error rates, performance metrics. This is for product improvement and operational support, not for ad targeting.

Marketing-site analytics. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (no third-party cookies, no individual fingerprinting) to count page views and understand which content resonates. Aggregate only.

What we don't collect

Customer SOC telemetry (alerts, investigations, IOCs, and related security data from a partner's customer tenants) flows through SocTalk Cloud under the founding-customer agreement. That data is processed on the customer's behalf and is governed by the agreement, not by this marketing privacy policy. We don't repurpose it, sell it, or use it for our own marketing.

How we use the data

Account and billing data is used to provide and bill the service. Support communications are used to help you with what you contacted us about. Usage telemetry is used to improve the product and operate the service reliably. Marketing-site analytics is used to understand visitor behavior in aggregate. We do not sell personal data.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of sub-processors for hosting, payments, email delivery, and scheduling (the Calendly booking flow). The current sub-processor list is available on request to existing and prospective customers under MNDA. Material changes to the list are communicated to existing customers in advance.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@atricore.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is retained for as long as the account is active and for a short period afterwards for billing and legal purposes. Support communications are retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation and meet legal obligations. Marketing-site analytics is aggregate and retained without identifying individual visitors.

Cookies

The marketing site uses minimal cookies for theme preference (light or dark) and aggregate analytics. No third-party advertising cookies. The Cloud application uses cookies required for authentication and session management.

Changes to this policy

When we make material changes to this policy, we update the Last updated date at the top and (where appropriate) notify existing customers directly. Older versions are available on request.
